Last week I was in Pune. I have seen many new things over there. The spirit of the people to earn the money. The spirit of the students to learn. The spirit of the employee to work honestly and many more. The winter is almost over in Pune. There is the hot season now. The morning is beautiful. The city is so big in area and by all the way. All the people are leaving so nicely and working together to grow with the nation.  I have used the bus service to reach the Pune. That was slipper coach. The heavy traffic is to face by the bus. However, not, the transportation becomes so easy due to the road through the nation. You know, still there are many things to learn by our people. The most one is to get clean the area surrounding us. Where ever we are we have to keep our surrounding area so clean and neat. Just, believe the nations are our home and we have to perform discipline for smooth running and to help the government. The Magarpatta city, one of the best developments in Pune. I like the structure of building. All the buildings are in shape and structural. The area taken and used proper to build the city. Its seen that the educated people were using the city services nice. But, when you come in the Pune city we just observed that there is heavy traffic and hard to get smooth. However, the routine happened easily. Still, there is much work to do in education. As uneducated people or innocent people are not able to use the government services properly and are not able to use the services in manner as they don’t know the procedure or discipline.

The educated people are strictly following the smoking rules. They are going out of the office and do the smoking. However, smoking is injures to health still the educated people are innocent in this matter. They have to have smoke. Still that is observed that many of our cities are not very well loaded with the area name. One has to ask that where he wants to go to or in which area he is!? The area name is required on proper locations is required. Being outsider we must require little help with the sign board.

The internet is very useful in such case, but, for them who are aware to use the technology. Still, India has to do many things in the use of Internet. The students are getting fast in their knowledge.  But, I observed, still they are moving outside till the late night. Being a student, one should not move in the night till too late. And that for a girl child it is dangerous in a big city. Where the work is there try to avoid for the next day in the day time.

The peace of mind is not possible in such a fast life. Everyone has to run from the morning to night. We have to find out our own way to settle in the life. There are many ways to choose. The ways are on your logic and life style.  There is still we have to work too hard for the traffic regulation. The People are still not performing their duties on road. The government is trying to teach a lot but the result is still not satisfactory. Still the people are using the ear phone and mobile phone when they are on road or on such places where the chances are more for the accident.

The Day - 17-2-2012

Feel very good to listen that the Gujarat is having a huge gas property. Now, the matter is that, how we are going to use that and what we are going to gain from that. The news is coming in the newspaper but has not come to know that the research team is there. I hope that in very few months we will be hearing the news that there is really gas and we our Indian team will start the procedure. As far as my knowledge there are many parts in India which is having natural resources. However, I have just learned in school, but, in real life I never come to know that what those parts are going to produce and up to what extent. Still there is cold In Gujarat.  The cold wind is affecting the atmosphere. There is one more news from Iran. The India will be in main role in this tension. This is nuclear matter. The people are so scared, however, there are many improvement in the leisure items in human life but the people are not getting really use of service. The subject are differ in my writing but I try to write original I mean as I am not writing for money so there is no need to favor anybody. It is possible that my view may be wrong or my knowledge may be less in particular subject. I try my best to share the things with all. You can suggest me to improve my blog.

Online Purchase

Again the technology use is not proper in India. The online portal are not supporting at the time of buying the material from the online portal. I had experience for the portal. There was add and mail I have received. The mail indicated that the please apply Rs 1000 to win lucky draw of 1kg Gold, if you will selected than you will be notified by email or your money will be given credit. I understand that money will be given credit means that money will be come to my account back if I will fail to win the contest. But, you know, that was my biggest mistake. As per that online portal the money will be given credit not in my bank account but I have to buy some product from that portal at any cost. This is real cheating and case of misleading by the portal. This is wrong interpretation of word by online portal. Now, when I fail to win the contest no matter, the money is with the portal and I have to have purchase something from that portal. I have booked dry fruits of Rs 900. But there is one more tragedy and cheating by that web site. They have sent me half the materials from which I have booked. Now, this is my call to follow the portal for my product and for my money. I have started to call help line nos. There is no one to answer. When I had word with customer care they simply replay that materials already sent. They are forwarding the mails which are irritating to us.

Now, see the matter is not of Rs 1000!!! But suppose they cheat like me 10000 people in one month what is the amount i.e. 1000*10000=10000000 and half of the saving is Rs 5000000. This is just example on assumption. Looking to the population of India the figure will definitely in carores. The matter is that I don’t know where to file a complaint for this. I have no idea that how could I receive my materials of the given amount.

This is the simplest way to cheat the people by this online shopping portal. There may be many more like this. I mean not to say that the entire online shopping portals are fraud. But, please take care to save your money from such kind of fraud portal. As there is no law to fight with such people they are using your mail id and address to send their product by VPP and forcing to buy that.

See, the use of technology on above given case. The discipline is not there to use the technology. Such people can become the millionaire in few months. The matter is getting developed because technically the portal is right. They have sent the materials but by mistake or by knowing the quantity is half which is not offence. Here, for the country as, if the people are not united and not in manner will never will be on top. The person must have ethic to work for other or at least for the nation. The serial Shivaji and Chandragupta shows that what struggle had done by our heroes to make free the India.

This all I have written only to show that please purchase from near about the store. There are no chances of cheating.

At last I must write that the error was from my side to give money to this site in favor of 1kg Gold. It means I have intense to win 1kg Gold in just Rs 1000!!!! I should know that this is not possible to given 1kg Gold in just Rs 1000. I agree and accepting my behavior to do such activity. I learn the lesson at the cost of Rs 500. I will never do such activity in future. I will never believe in lottery scheme. This is lesson to me.  Please take care and beware of such portals which are claiming to give you lot money in very few investment.

The river water is always so good to drink. The taste of river water is differ than the water from well. There were many well in the past. Even today we may find somewhere the well. The well water is fresh and cold. The well water again depends on water of near about pound. The pound water is flow in the earth and come to well which is also so sweet and cold to drink that water is called always so fresh and fine. The taste we forget of the water. We now the know the taster of filtered or RO water. As we find everywhere the same we just apply that. The water in the rainy season is so pure from the sky. The rainy water can be stored and use for a long time which is never gets dull to use. The rainy water used in Saurashtra Region very well through the year and that is for all the purpose. They are having special tank to store the rainy water. However, we are so happy and lucky that we have now with Narmada Yojna with us in Gujarat. The water supply will become so smooth and fast and available any time. Now, when we are going to use the water flaw of Narmadaji we have to take more care to use those water. One should have to take care to use those water. However, we may pay for water but we have to be very discipline to use the water. The human cannot live without water. Water is must for all the live things in either the way.

There are still many works to do for water restoring. The water is always specious for all. There are still many countries that are not having the water to fulfill their daily requirements. Still the people are died in lack of water. Even our parents are saying that use the water as on requirements only. The access use of water leads you in shortage of water. The people who are using the individual swimming pool must have to take care to use their water. They can help a lot to people by saving water. That help will not only to other people but that help will be to their self, to the nation and to the nature.

We cannot live without water. Many people are giving money to establish the free water camp at many places. The people are offering the water to animals. The use of water by the industries is serious. They require the most use of water. While the same time they are not taking care to leave used water into the open places which again affect the pure water and make the land non use. They must have to apply the programmed to save the rainy water in their factory and utilize those water up to such extend. There are many water purifier plant run by the industry but still there is too work to do to save water or to save earth. There are many games played in water. The water is always joyful to all. The water used at most in summer. The form of water is also used at most.

PF Account

The Indian PF Department should allot the PF Account No to each registered person for permanent. The no could not be change for the whole life. This should be like the saving bank account of the Bank. Even the Bank account could be closed but the PF account should not be closed prior to retirement or death of the person. The amount deposited in the PF account on monthly contribution of both employee and employer. There is no need to provide the statement. There must be no facility on line to withdraw the amount. The amount could be credit only. The account should be viewed by the account holder by giving him the password. There must be the nominee facility in the account. The account closed in only two conditions and i.e. either the person died and nominee can get the amount or the person get retired and he himself can withdraw the money.

These are my view; I am not claiming that the solution which I have shown is the only one which can simplify the PF process for all. There must more flexible and simple procedure with someone mind, just apply the technology and get make easy the process of PF. There is no need to fill up many different papers and follow procedure at different level. Reader is welcome to share their view to simplify the PF procedure. There are many other categories to make easy the procedure with the help of technology. We are making the simple matter into more complexes.

There is confusion behind this, the salaried person of Rs 50000 how could purchase the duplex of Rs 70 lac. The amount is too high to pay in white, but the people are paying and I hope all the amount is white. The amount could whatever but there is rush to book the property. Why the requirement of property becomes so high? is this the real demand or just fake shouting for property? Is the amount invested in real estate is from the NRI? who will pay the whole amount taken from the bank? The bank may get the interest amount but what about the principal???? The hike shows 500%  approx. Will the salary will be raised by 500% than what will be the economy and GDP of India?

Poor Uncle

એક કાકા હતા. તેમની ઉમર હતી લગભગ ૬૦ વર્ષ. કાકા ને બધા ને ખવડાવવાનો બહુ શોખ. તેમના પત્ની જીવિત હતા ત્યારે તેમના આ શોખ માટે ચિંતા કરતા. તેમના પત્ની ના મૃતું પછી તેમની સાથે એક તેમની સૌથી નાની છોકરી રહેતી હતી. તેમના બીજા છોકરા અને છોકરી બહાર રહેતા. માતા ના મૃત્યુ પછી દરેકે તેમની કાળજી લેવાનું છોડી દીધું. પણ સાથે સાથે વારે તહેવારે કાકા ને મળવા આવતા અને તેમની પાસેથી મળતા રૂપીયા લઇ ને જતા રહેતા. કોઈ પૂછતું નહિ કે પોતીની નાની બહેન અને પિતા ને બીજી કઈ જરૂરિયાત છે. તેમનું એકજ કામ આવવાનું અને ખાઈ પી પૈસા લઈને ને જતું રહેવાનું. સમય પસાર થતો ગયો. કાકા ની ઉમર થતી ગઈ. કાકા ની નાની છોકરી નું પણ લગ્ન થઇ ગયું. હવે કાકા એકલા રહેવા લાગ્યા. જુઓ સમાજ ની બીજી બાજુ કેવી છે. હવે કાકા એકલા ઘર મોટું. પોતે જાતે કામ કરતા અને તેમનો સ્વભાવ મદદ કરવાનો એટલે બધા સબંધી તેમના ઘર ને હોટેલ ની જેમ માનવા લાગ્યા અને તેમની ઘરે રાત વાસો કરવા રોકવા લાગ્યા. બધા રાત્રે આવતા અને તેમની ઘરે શરમ વગર તેમની સાથે ખાવા બનાવડાવી ખાવા લાગ્યા. કાકા નો સ્વભાવ સારો તેમને આ બધું સેવા કરવા જેવું લાગતું. તેમને આ કરવા માં આનંદ આવતો. તેમના મન માં  કપટ નહિ. લોકો આવતા રહેતા ખાતા પૈસા લેતા અને દરેક રીતે કાકા નો ઉપયોગ કરતા.

હવે કાકા ની ઉમર વધી ગઈ. કાકા ને પાસા ની જરૂર પડતી ગઈ પણ કાકા પૈસા વાપરતા નહિ વિચારતા કે મારા મૃત્યુ પછી તેમના બાળકોને આ પૈસા કામ લાગશે. કાકા બીજા માં બાપ ની જેમ પોતાના બાળકો માટે ખર્ચ કરતા વિચાર કરતા. હવે કાકા ની છેલ્લી  અવસ્થા થઇ. તેમેને બહાર નીકળવાનું બંધ થી ગયું. હવે તમે વિચારો કે જે લોકો તેમનું ખાઈ જતા અને  તેમની ઘરે રહી જતા તેજ હવે તેમની ખબર પૂછવાની દરકાર પણ કરતા નહિ. કાકા વિચારતા કે સમાજ આવો છે? તેમની નજરે તો બધું સુંદરજ હતું પણ હવે ખબર પડી કે પોતાનું કોણ છે. લોકો ભૂલી ગયા તેમની જવાબદારી. કાકાએ આપેલ પૈસા પણ લોકો પાછા આપવાનું ભૂલી ગયા. હવે શું કરવું? કાકા ને સાચી પરિસ્થિતિ નું ભાન થયુ. પણ હવે કશો અર્થ નથી. આટલે થી વાત અટકતી નથી. હવે ખરી મજા છે. કાકા ની છોકરા માં ઘણો સંપ હતો. પણ જે લોકો ને કાકા એ ખવડાવેલું અને પોતાની ઘરે રાખેલા તે લોકોએ વિચાર્યું કે કાકા ના મૃત્યુ પછી જો આવોજ સંપ તેમના બાળકોમાં રહેશે તો યોગ્ય નથી. માટે કાકા ના ખાસ નજીક ના સગા નક્કી કર્યું કે કોય પણ રીતે ઝગડો કરાવવો અને અપને મજા લેવી. એમાં તે લોકો જીતી ગયા કાકા ના છોકરા માં કલહ થયો. તેમની શક્તિ ઘટી ગઈ. હવે જોવાનું છે કે જે કારણ થી કલહ થયો તે કારણ શું છે? હજુ સુધી તે કારણ જાણવામાં આવ્યું નથી. આજે પણ કાકા ના છોકરા સામાન્ય જીન્દગી જીવે છે. સમય બતાવશે કે સત્ય શું છે.

આના પરથી શું શીખવું જોઈએ?

આપને કેવા સમાજ માં છીએ અને આપની આજુબાજુ કઈ પ્રકાર ના લોકો છે તેનું જ્ઞાન આપને  હોવું જોઈએ. તમારી વધારે પડતી સરળતા કોય વાર તમારી મુશ્કેલી બની શકે છે.જેમ કે કાકા ને થયું. હમેશા એવા લોકો થી દુર રહો કે જે પોતે પોતાના જીવન માં અને બીજાના ના જીવનમાં કોય મહત્વ નું યોગદાન કરેલ નથી. જેનું પોતાનું નામ ના હોય એ બીજા ને મદદ રૂપ થઇ શકે નહિ. જેમકે કાગડા પાસેથી તમે ઉંચા ઉડાન ની આશા રાખી શકો નહિ એ તો ફક્ત હિમાલય ના હંસ કરી શકે. તમારી જાત ને બધા જોડે સરખાવો નહિ. તમારા કાર્ય અટકવાના નથી.

The technology is now in hand. The child is also operating the machines which were so difficult to use in the past. The technology is leading partner in the world today. We are happy to use the technology with the friends and family in instant mode. We the world become o small due to technology.The medicine profiles the line.We are so happy yo use the technology but we don't know that how much hard work done by someone to find out the same. Some of the experience has been faced like telecom in banking. The banking industry must be more trusted than any other service industry. The bank is getting stricter towards the saving account holders as well all other account holders. I observed that the all the organization are just ready to apply charge on the people. They never declare the advantages or something favorable towards the customers conditionally. The conditions are always in favor of the organization. If, the customer is not fulfilling the criteria than the charges will be applied. See, I just come to know one more thing form the USA return person. He told that when you are applying for the leave in India the leave is counted as link wit Saturday and Sunday while the same in USA treated those both the day as right of the employee and they are given total leave without those holidays. Suppose, a person has applied leave in India for 20 days and there are three Sundays in 20 days, then, those will be counted in the leave, it means he will be given total 20 days as leave with all Sunday, while the same leave will be in USA as 23 leave i.e. 20 day leave plus 3 day of Sunday. There are many things to learn from the world. They are one of the best staff in transportation field. I have many incidents to remember the ST services. Have used a lot. The fare was too less in past days. The proper management led the services profitable. ST offering great services in the inner part of the state. The people of Gujarat must have to thankful to the ST services. Its works in all the condition and the entire atmosphere. This work so nicely. In short, I like the ST services a lot and is very useful even today to all. The driving is so safe. The staff is so polite.

Do you have any idea for the different books? How many books named do you know? Just try to count. I think hardly very few books will be known by you!! We must have habit to read the good books for our knowledge. Books are always important in our life. The books are guide to us. Books are teacher to us. We can learn a lot from the books. We are clear in our history through the books only. We are managing our day to day activity through the books only. The books are storing our present for the future reference. The good books are investment to us. We read and get learned. There must be good library in every town of India. All the family must have account in library. We all are always having some questions to ask some one, but we are no asking due to shame or some other thing. But, the books are the place where you can get the answer for your curiosity which will help you settle your questions.

All the political parties are blaming on each other for the corruption. They are giving the speech on corruption. There is no end of corruption. We never come to know or remember that anybody has given the solution or action on corruption. Someone has started but there is also no reason!! There is no end of corruption. This will take all in trouble once again. The hope is always with us that we will live in the corruption free nation. Where the corruption is the people are getting more trouble in all the fields. The democracy is with us but we are not able to take the advantage of democracy. We just try to pass the time. We believe that we must give the chance to the party whose people can remove the corruption. 

Cheating with Job

How the people are taking the advantage of their job? One bank manager is doing the insurance business. He is forcing to purchase the insurance with each and every account holder. As he is aware of the total deposit value of the bank customer and the same data is used by him as insurance consultant. In some cases he is diverting the bank fund in the insurance and generating the huge income of insurance.  The license is taken on his wife name. The work done by him in the routine time. See, the advantages taken by him, there is no need to collect the database, very easy to convince the bank customer, especially when the loan holder are highly pressurized to purchase the insurance, the defaulters are happily to get insurance with him with his circle. The same way not only insurance business handled by him but suppose some scheme is coming in the market of marketing the same is implementing to the bank customer. There is no need to purchase an office. The bank office is used for personal work.  The thinking will never lead the nation to the goal. By either the way people are not losing any scope to cheat the nation. This is also observed that the same has not been opposed by the superior. We all are equally responsible. We all will face the trouble for the same. The person who was doing simply job was given forceful retirement. As they don’t have money and relations, they have been thrown from the organization. However, the matter is always critical and will give its impact in any stage of the life. Some time that was hard to know that the person is working for bank or for the insurance or the bank place is of bank or insurance?  We know the person who has never taken any advantage in his service. He is simply getting pension and his son struggling for the job!!!! While the person who has taken the advantage of the bank his son are in America and there is no need of further job or money!!! This is very difficult to judge that how to behave in the real life as a royal person or as a corrupt people????

Rumors

Yesterday I come to know that one of the towns is facing the problem. I am surprise to listen the thing that in such an age this news is coming. The local people are saying that some strangers are coming in some vehicle and they are attacking for robbery. This is hard to listen the same. The town is near Baroda. I have seen that to fight those people the local people has installed the high voltage bulb in their street and doing patrolling in the night. There is no official proof of such matter. This may be the rumors.

Life

There are many clauses to learn in the life. Remember the changes around your life with your internal and external counterpart. There is nothing free in the life. There is always a value to use something in the life. The reading is the best habit for all. Just watch yourself for your daily routine. The life is full of joy and love. This is happened only when you are taking care to judge the people around you. I come to know very hard but true dialogue from the Chanakya that you come in the world alone and you will go alone. There will be no one with you at your last time. You have to fight for yourself. Learn how to say NO to anybody. Why should we bother for anyone? We must have our own goal. The sentence told by him right and correct. He was so hard on his decision and target. He is the best example of motivation and target completion. He has made the King and destroys the king without using any weapon in his life. The life is so good. We must teach the student the Chanakya Niti from their child hood. The niti which will be useful to all to their whole life.

Our future is fix, we cannot change the future. The happening thing cannot be avoided. One must have to obey the nature. There is always rule and nothing beyond that rule. If, you are working in the private industry just change your job after the three years. The experience shows that the private institute considers the longer the job lower the value. You will not get hike accordingly. No one taking care what you have done for your organization. The new comers are always welcome with higher start while the old staff is not giving importance. When you start your career in private follow the certain rule. If you are corrupted there is always scope for you but if you are not corrupted you have to struggle to fight at all level. You will not receive the reward easily. So, for the non corrupted person it is better to just change the job after three year. However, you are so good; your progress is so good in manner of salary and post but simply change the job. This will definitely help you. Never be a generous person. Be practical and perform your duty. There are many corrupted people where you have to take care a save your job and to perform. One more thing. Being a non corrupted person we never come to know that from which area the corruption could be possible so be aware and cleaver with all the aspects. There is always a battle to face in life.

"અથડામણ ટાળો" - Pujya Dada Bhagwan

પૂજ્ય દાદા ભગવાન નું એક વાક્ય ખરેખર ઘણુંજ વિચારવા લાયક અને અનુસરવા લાયક છે. 

"અથડામણ ટાળો"

બને ત્યાં સુધી બધા જોડે અથડામણ ટાળો. અથડામણ કરવામાં કોઈ પણ જીતે પણ સરવાળે તો તેમાં મજા નથી. અથડામણ થી નવા સબંધ નવા ભાગ્ય ની શરૂવાત થાય છે. આ બધા થી બહાર આવું હોય તો અથડામણ ટાળો. સર્વ દુખ નું મૂળ કારણ અથડામણ છે. દુખ ની શરૂવાત અથડામણ થી થાય છે. દરેક ની સાથે પ્રેમ થી વર્તો. દરેક ને સારી રીતે સમજાવીને કામ કરો. મન દુખ ના થાય તેનું ધ્યાન રાખો. અથડામણ થી નવા સબંધ ઉભા થાય છે અને ફરી તમારે તે બાબત પૂરી કરવા એક બીજા ને મળવા નું થાય છે. માટે અથડામણ ટાળો. શક્ય હોય ત્યાં શુધી અથડામણ ટાળો. દરેક વાત નો નિકાલ હોય છે. અને કોઈ વાર સહન કરવું પડે તો સહન કરી લો. સહન કરવાથી તમારું શરુજ થવાનું છે. માટે અથડામણ ટાળો. ઈશ્વર બધાને માટે એક જ છે. દરેક કાર્ય માં ઈશ્વર ની ઈચ્છા છે તેમ વિચારી અથડામણ ટાળો. અથડામણ ટાળવાથી તમને માનસિક શાંતિ મળશે. કોઈ સાથે સબંધ નવા કદાચ ના બને પરંતુ બગડશે નહિ. સર્વ ને સુખી થવા માટેની પૂજ્ય દાદા ભગવાન ની આ વાત ઘણીજ અસરકારક છે. ખરેખર જ્ઞાની લોકોની વાતો માંથી ઘનુજ શીખવાનું મળે છે. અને જીવન ની દિશા બદલાઈ જાય છે. ઈશ્વરદરેક માટે એક છે. બસ પ્રેમ કરો. દરેક ને પ્રેમ કરો.
