Logic behind investment in Real Estate!!! Real  estate is in top most height. The prize of the property are so high in India. There is confusion behind this, the salaried person of Rs 50000 how could purchase the duplex of Rs 70 lac. The amount is too high to pay in white, but the people are paying and I hope all the amount is white. The amount could whatever but there is rush to book the property. Why the requirement of property becomes so high? is this the real demand or just fake shouting for property? Is the amount invested in real estate is from the NRI? who will pay the whole amount taken from the bank? The bank may get the interest amount but what about the principal???? The hike shows 500%  approx. Will the salary will be raised by 500% than what will be the economy and GDP of India?
