There is confusion behind this, the salaried person of Rs 50000 how could purchase the duplex of Rs 70 lac. The amount is too high to pay in white, but the people are paying and I hope all the amount is white. The amount could whatever but there is rush to book the property. Why the requirement of property becomes so high? is this the real demand or just fake shouting for property?
