Some of the experience has been faced like telecom in banking. The banking industry must be more trusted than any other service industry. The bank is getting stricter towards the saving account holders as well all other account holders. I observed that the all the organization are just ready to apply charge on the people. They never declare the advantages or something favorable towards the customers conditionally. The conditions are always in favor of the organization. If, the customer is not fulfilling the criteria than the charges will be applied. See, I just come to know one more thing form the USA return person. He told that when you are applying for the leave in India the leave is counted as link wit Saturday and Sunday while the same in USA treated those both the day as right of the employee and they are given total leave without those holidays. Suppose, a person has applied leave in India for 20 days and there are three Sundays in 20 days, then, those will be counted in the leave, it means he will be given total 20 days as leave with all Sunday, while the same leave will be in USA as 23 leave i.e. 20 day leave plus 3 day of Sunday. There are many things to learn from the world. There is one more news that one of the foreign scientist declared that our life is fixed and preplanned the same our Puran are saying that we all are acting as pre defined programmed. This is the third time when we are getting repeated. The same life we have lived previously twice. There is no change in routine. However, the inventions are must welcome from the European countries. In real, there is no dispute with the people. Any society can develop only when they have unity. The peace and the freedom are requiring developing yourself the best. However, the history is there the people have invented the things any high pressure and a lot trouble. We don’t know that where will be the technology will take us in coming decade. The nation will be on top that will have the best technology and knowledge to use it.  The young generation is the fastest source to use the technology. The force which will take the nation on top. The youth is the only assets of any nation. The direction to youth the direction to nation. We must have to respect our own culture wherever we are. The person who does not respect his culture cannot respect some others’.

There is too cold today. This sudden cold affect much more. This will affect the world. There are many deaths due to cold. The heat wave and the cold wave both are getting their high point. Hope the heat wave will not affect in coming days like cold.  Europe in deep freeze. The life is too difficult to live in cold. This is too hard for animals.
