સદા તમારા ધર્મ નું પાલન કરો. તમારા ઈશ્વર માં શ્રદ્ધા રાખો અને બીજા પ્રત્યે કરુણા રાખો. હમેશા સારા વિચાર કરો. માતા પિતા ની આજ્ઞા નું પાલન કરો. વફાદાર રહો. લૂટ નો ઇરાદો ના રાખસો.

હિસાબ બધો આ ધરતી પર પૂરો કરવાનો છે. ખોટી રીતે કેટલા પૈસા ભેગા કરશો ?

I have seen Nadiad after a long period. The city in found really in green. Even found better than the Vadodara in greenary. We are not taking proper care of Barods. We are just implimenting the rules on the city but we never have open discussion to make beautiful Baroda more and more. We are just maintaining what we have been given we are not trying to discover something new from the present one. We have Kamati Bag, and we are making pressure on that as we do not have any option. The authority gives the permission to build new society but there is also a requirement of the new garden in large area and there must be trees surroungind the city. I have written in past blog that the district Panchmahals require on University to develop the local people more and more, but strange to know that no one from the Panchmahals have contected me to have University in Panchmahals. There are no even proper colleges with full facilities not even at the Godhra. The Panchmahals has very good option to store the water and make the greenary through the year, but it shows lack of management. The local people can only do the work.

The ST is providing very good facilities rather than any place. There are the news that some new Volvo buses are going to purchase by ST Corporation. Congratulations and all the best to ST Corporation.

Experience - USA VISA in hand but not able to go USA

Many of the people are trying to get the visa for USA. There are some different cases for that.

A person has got the USA VISA, but not able to go there. why? The person who has to go to USA has no place in USA to stay. When you are going in new country you have to stay at some place, the said place is overcrowded since long, so the family is not able to go and to stay at USA. They have to wait till the place get free  where they are going to start their new life.

While some of the people are there who are trying and have no matter to stay over there but they are not able to get the visa.

Many of the people are facing their identification. The race for money is too fast and evertywhere and at all the level. There are now no ethic thoughts. We just want to earn the money by any way. If, you are not able to fix your present, you will get out from that. As well you will find too preassure to run with the current society. At one movement we think that you are capable to fight agaisnt the trend but still you have family and the member of family say you to just involve you self in running trends and try to earn the money by any of the way.

However, we are called our society is vell educated and well disciplined!! still there are some burning issues which are not answerable and can be solved easily.

The migration is the leading and burning issue for most of all the countries. The local people are started to leave their original identification. The place is now known by the migrants. As well, the country from where the people are leaving are also having great shoratage of skill people and which direct effect to the base country.

Take one example the people from Punjab are migrating a lot, while the same community is doing extraordinary business on the foreign land while the second side the India is loosing their people who are honest, courageous and cleaver in business.  If, we retain and develop our people in our country we can make the country on top. But, we are fail to do so.

The second community Patel from Gujarat, a hard working and honest community and expert in farming also are now leaving the country in majority. While the other part of the same, where the Patel are there, the country becoming rich in sense of farming skills as well business.

The main question is, why  we are not able to provide the local people a great services to settled in their own coutnry and lets grow to gather. Why, we require the knowledge from out side? when our people have very good knowledge and expertise.

This is not only the issue of India, this is global issue to resolve. When, we require to call someone from outside, it means we are not capable to do so. Upto some extent that is correct but when this becomes at high, that is surely harmful to any of the country.

માનવ શરીર જટિલ પ્રક્રિયા કરે છે. દરેક ના વિચારો જુદા છે. દરેક પોતાની રીતે વિચારે છે. માનવ શરીર ફક્ત મજુરી કરવા માટે નથી મળ્યો. મજુરી એટલે ગુલામી કરવી. દરેક એક યા તો બીજી રીતે ગુલામી કરે છે.

દરેક ને પોતની શરીર ની એક ભાષા હોય છે. કેટલાકના ચાલવા પરથી ખબર પડી જાય કે તે વ્યક્તિ ધારેલું કામ કરી શકશે.

જેમકે ઓબામા, પોતે એક ચુસ્ત વ્યક્તિત્વ ધરાવે છે અને દરેક કામ સ્ફૂર્તિથી કરે છે જયારે કેટલાક નેતા પોતાના વિચારો નો અમલ કાર્ય સિવાય બીજા ના કહેવાથી ચાલે છે. તેમની પોતાની આવડત નથી. ભણતર ગમે તેટલું હોય પરંતુ આવડત જરૂરી છે.

દરેક પોતાની ઉમર મુજબ વર્તવાનું હોય છે. કેટલાકને મૃત્યુ સમયે પણ અધિકાર મૂકી શકતો નથી અને સરવાળે દુખદ મૃત્યુ.

ફક્ત મોટા ઘરે જનમ લેવાથી મહાન બની શકાતું નથી.

We have many topic to discuss for the country. We have many work to do for the country. Why we are not concentrating on the same issue rather than just passing the time on meeting and march. There must be some action which should be noticed and give some real result.

We are having habit just to be liberal against the injustice. We never want to fight till we are forced to do so. While the European countries are doing the their job as challenge either they are in need or not!! We must have to have aggressive attitude to get something. 

The same matter we are realizing in the Olympic. We are just declaring the prize for the winner but we do not want to establish such organization which can produce more and more sport people.

We are having very good command since ancient, that is archery, boating, swimming, shooting, hockey and many more, but, unfortunate we are not getting any medal in such play.

Even we are not having any policy or planning for the future game. The team is also not decided on prior. We must have to work hard for the nation as a team. 

The winner is given money, which is not enough, he must have to be have respect for what he/she has won for the nation. The people are not going to win for the prize in the cash, they are playing and want to win medals for the nations  with pride. We have to salute them. We have to give chance them at the national level. The position which is acquired by the useless people should be get empty and such winner must be appointed over there.

I do not know that how the China and America are getting a list of medals! but that is sure that they are working hard for that without hard work that is not possible. Somewhere we are lacking the hard work. We are very good in giving speech. Some people are giving speech that "we will do this and we will do that" but the action is ZERO. They only pass the time of others.

The nation pride is on the top. We must have the respect for the nation. 

That was found in the past that we have done more and more scam!! The children of the nation having no respect to the leaders. This is serious concern to one generation. They may act in future which in not predictable and that is cost to we all. Why should we not change our behaviour in the real life?

Forget, just forget for others and start the changes from our self. Start to save the nation. Always save energy and water which is most useful for all of us. However, there are no policy to save the water and electricity but just try at our level and contribute our part to the nation. Always be positive for the concern and non concern matter of the nation.

Try to have habit of the reading which will 100% save your life from all those fraud which you are facing in daily life. Make habit of good reading. 

We have many languages and many states to visit and learn. There is no harm to learn more than one language. We must know first the national language, second native language and last international language.

We must proud to speak Hindi in the international event. But, sorry to write still our respected are speaking in English only!!!!!!! why!!!! They want to show the people that they are IELTS qualified!!! Don't use English in the International even use the Hindi. All know that we Indian have knowledge to speak English better.

Just start to teach our new generation that how to make our Rupees on the top of the market. When will be the Rupee will be consider as a great currency? Still, we are comparing our Rupee with Dollar? why? How long we will do so?

Today, there was news that in Surat, Gujarat now the social media is used for the changes in the administration!! which is great! That should happened at all the level from state to national level.

Education is must for all. Without education we could not do anything. We can understanding for the below mentioned points with the education.
