I have asked many of the students who have completed and passed their exam of 12th Standard, that what are you planning for the nest education step? many of them has no idea that what they are going to do after 12th.

Some of had taken the admission in BBA, some of them had taken in BCA.... but they don't know what will be the future of them after completion of the education. They just try and doing their best but without any planning for the future. We must have some idea for our better future and settlement after the education. The serials like, Chandra Gupt, Mahadev, Shivaji and now Maharana Pratap... are great. 

We can learn a lot from those serials. All the characters are great and had done a lot for the nation.  They do not have any requirements from the people. They just want to do their business and do the best. The direction of the serial is very good. They work a lot on those serials. We have very good history to see and to show the people. Our past was great. We still take some knowledge from them and become able not to repeat the same error again. The Indian television industry is doing well job to educate the people. Their efforts are so good. The young generation is having very good knowledge by watching these kinds of plots. 

The people who had the reason to live and reason to work.


Young HR Professionals

The Industrialization is the best in the state of Gujarat India. The people are coming from the many parts of the India. There is huge scope in Gujarat Industry. The people with skill and without skill are welcome. Everyday many people are coming from the different parts of the India for employment in Gujarat. That is different things that the Gujarati people are not getting more jobs in these MNC companies. 

There is big shortage of the human resource people in Gujarat. The companies who are doing the human resources work in Gujarat is not sufficient. They are doing the job only for those who are in contact and are very used to the industry. Now, the time is there the Industries are required different type of skills and many parts of the India. 

The companies having good background of HR  from the India and the world has to try to establish their offices here for better prospectus in Gujarat. There and only few companies which are doing such cream business in Gujarat. There is monopoly in the system. We must welcome the different kind of HR companies in the Gujarat. Some of, we observed that they are having giant client and they have monopoly in recruitment.  Now, there is open environment to establish and expand the business for the world level recruitment firms. 

We are having the latest mobile in Gujarat but we do not have such HR services provider of the world level. Few of the service provider are giving services on the payment base from both the side that is employee and employer. We are in need different kind of HR service provider in Gujarat.

This is observed that the since last many years the selected people and companies are doing the business in HR. There are no new comer. We should encourage the new HR people to come into the industries and take challenges. There is huge location and space to do the work. The new comer will sustain and will earn good earning from the MNC.

The few HR companies are having huge staff for their services. They are paying much more than what they should pay. Some of the MNC firm in HR are paying higher salary and they are not aware of the real requirements of the staff. They must have hardly two to three people where they are deploying more than six people. Their salary is too high. They employee are unnecessary shows the pressure on them and earning the money from the company and from the employee either in the form of some items like freeze, air condition or even a car. 

The real HR companies will surely going to earn more and can provide the best services to the people. The young HR professional has to start their own HR business and get stable.


I salute the Indian Army for the efforts in Kedarnath. They are doing very good job. We have to pray for all those who stuck there and who try to help them. The God may give them more and more courage to fight against this natural disaster.

Many of the current stream in the nation has to learn from the Indian Army.
