To attract the good people for your organization is big task. Suppose, you have attracted good people then to remain them stable is the highest priority to the firm. There are many points to make stable the staff. I have seen the staff in one of the leading bank who has never worked for the salary. The salary is the part of the job but they have done the job so seriously and honestly. There is no need to retain them. I believe that the employee cannot be retaining by the money or some incentive only. Yes, there are some people who are working on salary and incentive. See, the matter is of honesty. The real people are never work for the payment they just work for their self respect.
To retain the employee take care of their family. If you got the right people your life become so easy and smooth. There is no need to worry for your business. Just the matter becomes so easy and fast. While, the same time if you get wrong people it may be dangerous to you. To find the right people is big task. They are not having any label or any certificate. To judge the right people you must have the vision or the person who has been appointed by you, must have the same vision. The ordinary HR person cannot find the right people for right place. We are facing the trouble today in many of the places due to the wrong people at wrong place. This could not be replaced especially in the government and semi government area. Even, I have also observed there the wrong people o private sector and they are managing the business with misguiding the management.
One more thing, the good people are always can find the job at any place and at anywhere. They are not bothering for their future. The right people know that truth is always truth. It has been observed that many of the wrong people are giving credits for the work done by the right people as well the money also.
In some of the cases, there is no need to give forcefully training to the good people, they are always in mood to learn something new, while the same way the wrong people are never try to learn follow the rules which are taught them so seriously and spending the money. They are always in mood of to pass the time.
I have observed the wrong people are taking the salary and working for the 2 to 3 years and just leaving the job and joining the new organization with 30%+ rise. While the good people who are working with more than 5 years; they have been treated that they are not capable to find a new opportunity and they are never given good appraisal. This is the tendency!!! Now, people have to learn ad to decide what they can do.?
In one company they staff got retired and they second generation got the job in different organizations and different fields. As there were all the good people. They were thankful to those people. Now, see, what that organization has made the mistake. That organization has to take their generation on the job in place of those retire good people. As those good people were honest, so, it is true that their generation will be definitely good and honest. But, those people has never thought to get enrolled their children in their own organization. The result is what; the organization has to start to find full generation at new.
While at some other attempt the older employee has demanded to taken up their children in the organization and that is also by forceful. What happened, they have started to make the corruption. As those all were equally. Now, that organization has no view to go. There are many issues in the organization and many of the older and their children have been removed from the system.
