Beware in Profession / Extra Honesty

The real life story is differing for all the people. Some of them are very nice while for some people that is very hard. Remember one thing in the life when you are appointed on the post, just work as it should, don’t be over smart and over worked for the said job. Just love to your job. Be punctual and honest in job.

Now, there is much type honesty in the life. When, you are starting to become extra honest that is a sickness to you. What is extra honest? Extra Honest is used for such a people who are getting over worked and involved their self in the job and just forget their real life responsibilities towards their spouse, children and parents. When the person starting to become the extra honest, he starts to work late night, take extra responsibilities in the same salary, there is no reward for any extra work but still working hard for those task. The person getting lazy to perform his duty towards his family. The person become not in position to ask anything to his superior for his extra income like incentive. As he is too busy in his work. However, these extra honest symptoms make him more and sicker.

You can judge the people who is Extra Honest by

1.      

       Work too hard then required.

2.       Giving too time for his job rather than thinking for his future.

3.       He/She started to love his company not the job.

4.       He is performing the entire task with extreme priority.

5.       The company is known by his name.

6.       He start to feel that he has too power to do anything / or / he has been given full power to do in the company

7.       He never wants any reward for what he is doing.

8.       He loves the company.

9.       He is not aware of the job.

10.   He is not clear for his job responsibilities.

11.   He never tries to make notice to others’ issue.

12.   He started blindly sign to any documents.

13.   He travels a lot by using his own money.

14.   Many of your colleagues started to become your enemy.

15.   There are chances to have quarreled with many of your colleague.

16.   This you’re Extra Honesty make you fool against the people who think positive for you.

17.   The Extra Honesty never makes you rich.

Now, see, how the people making their work, who are never using their Extra Honesty.

1.       The person knows his duties and performs well for his duties only.

2.       Always appreciated by the superior and known for good employee to complete the task on time.

3.       Never becomes late at home.

4.       Never works office work at home.

5.       Very clear in what he is gaining from the job.

6.       He/She loves the Job not the company.

7.       He resume become strong as he is performing and cleaver in one specific task.

8.       He has many options to perform.

9.       He becomes gentle famous.

10.   He has been offered good gifts and many other things from the supplier. While Extra Honest person never offered such things as he has deducted much amount from those vendor in favor of company. So he is losing from the company as well from vendor.

11.   The employee has no danger from his, so all behave well with him.

12.   Top management never has fear from his performance.

13.   He has good scope for future.

14.   He resigns from the company when company is not in well condition, while extra honest person is working a long whatever the condition of company.

There will be one currency in the market. There is no need to give hard money to anyone. Only virtual money. All will have the virtual money. The world will compact. The money word will be destroyed and some other word will come. The transactions will be online. Your need not to carry the card even. The person human body will have some part which will be identified by the machine. The human will be better known by the no rather than the name. There will be only one cast and only one sex. One can be man or woman or both. The simplest way to change your life. There will no form available with the full details of the family. Just enter the number all the details will be getting down on the form. No cast factor will be there. The people will be too fast in transportation bust still they will not have the time for their family. The concept of family will take place by group. One group will behave as family. There will no concept to prepare the food at home. The parcel services will be strong. The machines will make the food and there will be o human touch. The food will be served on the base of data with those machines which are preparing the food. The fuel will be air. There will be tax on air. There will be tax on park and many more. As we are facing tough time today that there are many taxes on us and still we are not able to survive nicely.

The administration will be the same. There will be no change in the tendency or thinking matter. The people will have no trust on any others. They may have fear a lot on their mind. However, still good people will there to run the show. I am not talking for babas.

The building will be built in the land as well in the air. There will be other world in the land. Half of the community will be under the land and surrounding by the sea water. Still scientist are fail to find the way to change the sea water into the pure water in usable form. The sea is still salty. The temperature of the earth is 60 degree normal. The people are habitual to that level. There is no concept of western and eastern countries. All are equal and all have equal rights to perform.

There are no separate offices in the complex. The people are working from their location only. Those are also given nos. They do not have any personalized touch to share the living place. However, all the basic requirements will be available but still the people will not be happy to use those. As they are know by nos. There is very less farming. And the corps is with high proteins.

The farmer will be destroyed from the dictionary. Many of the words will be destroyed from the dictionary and many of the added new in the dictionary. The people will be operated by the chips. There will be no paper available. All the matter will be taken care with technology. The possibilities of new invention always a step towards the death. As the life is already like useless in sense of today’s’ life.

The people have also built the houses on the sea but there is no surety that could be operated by them and how long those will be there, as sea is too harsh for the people. The sea house is given on rent. The summer is too hot to tolerant.

These are the few factors which may be for 2065. The sincere and honest people have no way to live. They must have to die or just watch the thing and forget. There is no respect towards anyone. The human is counted like machine. The rich people can only get married. The poor has no right to marry. As there will be tax on marriage, children and many more.

Today 6-9-2065. Some of the friends and unknown relative came to my home. Today, I have to take them to see the tree park which is 800 km far from my city. I have last seen with my wife in 2035. I don’t know that how many trees will be there. I have seen yesterday the mango picture and feel that I have eaten the mango. Now, there is no real mango you can eat; only readymade juice is available in the market. There is no mango in real. The people have no idea about the taste of neem leaves. We have started to take the pills of the different vitamin. As I am leaving on the 135th floor I have to wait to go down for one hour early. Before 15 days back I have touched the earth. Actually that was not the earth but the cement road.

My child generally prefers to go by air to office. There is huge traffic in the air. I have seen in the news that there are only 700 cow are available on the earth. The scientists are trying to cure them. But, looking to the past, that generation may not be available by 2090. There are no animal on the earth which were to seem in 2012. The people are also having short legs and short hands, as their requirements are like that. The scientist has found new destination to live, which is 60000 km far from the earth. They started to shift the people over there. Now, there will be new generation. The earth has no water now. The atmosphere is like that, we do not want to have water. We have pills which help us to clear our thrust, if require.

The children are having their school in their apartments only. Their need not to go anywhere. But still they require time to reach within the apartment as there are heavy rush o the elevator. There is no history to learn only technology. There is only one language and i.e. English. The children don’t know anything for Hindi or their history. We are bothering for their future. The main issue of some other generation which is having strange look. The normal birth ratio is down. The people are looking so strange. Only few families are there who have look like 2012. Other all have different look.

The older have been sent to one place, which is far from the city. There is rule no older can live within the city. They have been taken good care. They have been provided food and all the basic services. There is no tax structure. There is virtual currency. Only one government in the world.

Looking to the fact, I now believe that the Indian philosophy is correct and the Indian books are correct. The saint in the past told that the time will be very much tough and there will be no land and water for us. As the sea is now on the earth. There are little more to share with you, but not there is time to go to bath as today is my appointment after one and half month. We are getting bath occasionally.

Raghu has joined the office with full of joy and confidence. The nature around the office was good. He has started his work so nicely. The company was having good turnover. The office people were good. He has been given very good opportunity to perform. He has started his work with planning. Now, the company has started to grow. There is always winning situation for the company. Raghu was doing the work day and night. The turnover becomes so high. Now, he is performing so well. All were happy to work with him. He has been assigned a very good opportunity to perform and he had performed.

See, as routine, Raghu was not unknowingly come into false impression that the company was running by him only. Now, the issue started. The rival in the company had started to spread the rumors that Raghu is so ambitions and can do anything for his job.

The management came to know that now this is the time to replace Raghu with someone and management has appointed someone to take charge of Raghu. Now, Raghu has no work to do, he is alone, his team was terminated and there is no one with him who can help him to perform.

The moral of the story is, be a normal person. Don’t be involving yourself too deep into the matter.  Do not love the company, love the job. I have seen many people who has loved the company they are paid the same amount or in many cases more payment issued to those who has never loved the company. The staff of the one leading organization has performed very well in the past and makes the organization on top but today the same organization is making poor performance and still paying the people too high salary. In short don’t trust all. We are here to perform and just perform don’t involve yourself into. Be with your family. The time never favor for anyone.

Observation is that, the persons are paid much more than the persons who are not performing. I am not saying that you don’t do the work but would like to advise don’t be aggressive in routine.

There are two people in the firm i.e. A and B. A has good degree and good performer who is paid Rs 50000. B has no degree and not at all the good performer who is paid Rs 40000. What is the result after 5 years? The A has to leave that job due to his honesty and hardship to take work from others while B is still working in the company as there is no fear from B to management and there were no honesty or loyalty from him. Don’t try to be hero in real life. There is family for you. I am not saying that don’t do the honesty but I am saying be calm and be with your family. . See, there are many people has worked for the country for us, now what are we doing?

To attract the good people for your organization is big task. Suppose, you have attracted good people then to remain them stable is the highest priority to the firm. There are many points to make stable the staff. I have seen the staff in one of the leading bank who has never worked for the salary. The salary is the part of the job but they have done the job so seriously and honestly. There is no need to retain them. I believe that the employee cannot be retaining by the money or some incentive only. Yes, there are some people who are working on salary and incentive. See, the matter is of honesty. The real people are never work for the payment they just work for their self respect.

To retain the employee take care of their family. If you got the right people your life become so easy and smooth. There is no need to worry for your business. Just the matter becomes so easy and fast. While, the same time if you get wrong people it may be dangerous to you. To find the right people is big task. They are not having any label or any certificate. To judge the right people you must have the vision or the person who has been appointed by you, must have the same vision. The ordinary HR person cannot find the right people for right place. We are facing the trouble today in many of the places due to the wrong people at wrong place. This could not be replaced especially in the government and semi government area. Even, I have also observed there the wrong people o private sector and they are managing the business with misguiding the management.

One more thing, the good people are always can find the job at any place and at anywhere. They are not bothering for their future. The right people know that truth is always truth. It has been observed that many of the wrong people are giving credits for the work done by the right people as well the money also.

In some of the cases, there is no need to give forcefully training to the good people, they are always in mood to learn something new, while the same way the wrong people are never try to learn follow the rules which are taught them so seriously and spending the money. They are always in mood of to pass the time.

I have observed the wrong people are taking the salary and working for the 2 to 3 years and just leaving the job and joining the new organization with 30%+ rise. While the good people who are working with more than 5 years; they have been treated that they are not capable to find a new opportunity and they are never given good appraisal. This is the tendency!!! Now, people have to learn ad to decide what they can do.?

In one company they staff got retired and they second generation got the job in different organizations and different fields. As there were all the good people. They were thankful to those people. Now, see, what that organization has made the mistake. That organization has to take their generation on the job in place of those retire good people. As those good people were honest, so, it is true that their generation will be definitely good and honest. But, those people has never thought to get enrolled their children in their own organization. The result is what; the organization has to start to find full generation at new.

While at some other attempt the older employee has demanded to taken up their children in the organization and that is also by forceful. What happened, they have started to make the corruption. As those all were equally. Now, that organization has no view to go. There are many issues in the organization and many of the older and their children have been removed from the system.

Be honest and must have the trust in GOD.

The cost of the property is getting to high. The simple person can not buy the property. The system is very good. We are not ready to follow. The monsoon is coming on time the winter is coming on time but when we are disturbing the nature the nature is getting back and replay very hardly to us. Please start to take care  of nature. I am not talking for the forest, I am talking for the river, earth, plants, water, character, society, education, love for other. 

We must have to check our routine, why we are doing? and for what we are doing? We have been given many warning in the life for any disturbing matter but we are not ready to follow that order.

Please be with nature and love the nature.

Only education could not lead you to the right place and non education is also not acceptable. Never get disappoint in the life. There are many issue in the life. That is social, eduational, professional and many more. To settle the issue is an art. One must has to learn that from the child hood. You must have to start extra reading. We must have to take care of our near and dear one. That must be our father Mother Sister Brother Nation River Forest Earth and many more. We must have to love to everythig. There is nothing useless in the world. We  all are having some specific task to do.

There is nothing failure in the life. The failure is the starting of success. We must have to have faith in the GOD or on whom you are loving. I believe the trust in God is never make you feel fail. The God is only who help you. We must have to thanks every day to nature which is giving us many items to live. We must have to get time for that nature. 

The life can not be live with the money or the facilities. The life is so preceious for all. We must have to have follow the nature rule and obey the nature.

Student must have the reading habit. The reading is very good habit. You can learn a lot from the books. Always be in touch with the good book.
