Even if, there may many many reason to come in touch with him but just neglect and get through out that person from your life. If, you will not do so, the same will come to you in future and will harm to you. I have observed that the boss are not giving too much importance to their assistant. I realize that the give little importance you are loosing your position. I have seen that the person has started the job with salary of Rs 8000 and after 10 years reaches to the 9800. Why? Previously I was thinking that this is the wrong policy but I observed that this is the right policy. If, the person don't want to work in this salary just get out him and take fresh recruitment. 

There is no age of learning. There are always a day for a Dog. We have to beware for those Dogs. The Lion is always Lion for a life, but, the Dos has a Day only in whole life.

We all are having equal opportunity, but still we are not equal as others are. We can try to become so, but not possible in a day you can change your life or your mind. The life depends on your all works done in the past and the said work done by which means. Please be clear and honest while doing any work. The God has all the rights to judge and as he is always with us in all conditions. If, you cheat someone that is fact that you will be cheated by someone. The thing is that, we never remember our past and we start blaming either to the God or to someone else. First check our self and never try to judge others. Everything is right in the world. As per Dada Bhagwan, whatever is happen that is justice. However, that thing may like us to not.

Improving from our self we can change half the life goals. We cannot become the great man but we can follow the way what he has showed us. The last day one of the best columnist written in his column that Mr. Amitabh Bachchan and his habits, I fully agree with his argument, that is not because of Mr. Bachchan is my favorite hero but I found he is really noble and famous, some the quality he has are not getting developed by that is by God gift. But, I believe that some of his qualities can be followed by us and get advantage in life.

Please be with your child. I observe on the road side there are teenagers who are standing with their bikes and scooters. It seems that they are coming from far just to meet. Why those have fear from parents? Let’s love them and teach them not to do something which they feel sorry in the future. I also observed that some of the girls are crying and the boy is trying to give him faith or to convince. I don’t know what matter with them is, but I can judge that definitely there must be something which cannot tolerate by their mind and they show their feeling by crying. Love the child. Be with them. Try to be with them as much as you can. The earning is part of the life that is not life. The money requires for life but life is not for money.

We are listening and encouraged by the some advertiser that use your money by the anyway i.e. either by cash or by card. Be sure prior to purchase anything. Teach your child about your budget. Just share the matter with your child. Present child are not like us, I mean ’60 decade, and they are more intelligent and cleaver then the past decade. Just share the matter with them; I am talking in terms of all even monetary. Start this from the age of 10. See the result. They will never do any mistake and will operate better than us. The fact is they must understand the value of money. They should not feel that the life is only for the young age or up to 40. The life is too long to live with happiness, love and prosperity. We just not complete the life by trying wine, girl, drug and etc. Just try to settle you life in manner you will see there is too much to enjoy in the life other than the mentioned. Parents should not to just get free from child responsibility, love them, track them what they are doing. Some time I also observe that little boys are coming the net café and paying the amount only to play the online game. The net owner told me that some of the boys are regular customers just to play the game on net-café. See, the things are in our hand to handle. If, we don’t take care now then there is no future. If, you help yourself the God will help you else no one will stands with you. I mean if, we laugh all will laugh with us and if, we cry, no one will cry with us. This is the fact of the life. Why should we not laugh and enjoy in a manner of the life.

Why the good people are facing more issues compare to the useless people?

There are two cases of the government officers which I have observed in my life. I believe in truth, I agree to follow the rules of nature, but, still I am sorry to write that I have not seen the output of good things while I found that the person who has not follow the truth is living in good condition. This blog will contain for long life with me. I am in search of truth, if, I will found those all the true people in good condition, if, so, I will write the same and change my statement.

We are taking example of same industry and same cadre person details to see the output.

First please read a good, honest and loyal person positive details and what he is facing the negative details.

Positive Details

1)      Always going at office on time.

2)      Always wear a good cloths and shoes in polish.

3)      Always setting to late night just to complete the work on daily basis.

4)      Worked the task which is under him as well which are he is doing.

5)      He is good father and good husband even after his hard working time.

6)      He has performed and achieved very good mark in the service life.

7)      He has been well known in his industry.

8)      Always find either busy with family or busy with office work.

9)      Never used to do extra work other than job, i.e. marketing, Insurance Agent.

10)   Never taken bribe.

11)   Help the old and poor people in his service life.

12)   Taken a loan and built a home for him

13)   Due to his lack of knowledge in society he has been cheated by many people, however, still he is always in favor of those people.

14)   His wife is house wife just dedicated the life for the family.

15)   The income is only from his side while the user is his family, brothers, sisters etc.

16)   Become able to purchase a car after retirement.

17)   Has earned the PF only after retirement.

18)   Never borrow any money from anybody.

How long this will work, I am not getting. How long that cheater will cheat this fellow, I don’t know. I am just observing the things since last 40 years. I observed that however he is so angry still he is good by hearth.

I observed that what the things are good happened with him. All the related social or official work completed on time and in good manner. There is no sickness in through life, whenever, faced a disease the god helped and make him out from that problem without any issue.

Now read the second person details who has never got transferred in his job, not loyal to service, not capable to handle the services, has no knowledge of his job. Still has been paid higher than the first person as has cleared the exam.

Now see what he is doing in the life.

Case-2

1)      Both are doing the job in the same organization.

2)      There are always two high incomes in the home.

3)      There is extra income of tuition by his wife.

4)      Never to reach office on time or never to complete the task on time

5)      Matter is always pending either by lack of knowledge.

6)      No worry about other or for the organization

7)      Never taken any transferred in the service life

8)      Many perks taken through the life from the organization and the person who are using the services of that organization

9)      After 10 year of service the person has bought a car

10)   He has no responsibility to help anybody in the life. Always taking care of their child and as there was no concentration in the job the most of the time take to their child now their child is doctors and engineer

11)   There is not matter of fee as he has sufficient fund with him where he has not to feed anybody other than his family

12)   Is trying and will almost get success his children in to government job.

I am observing those all two cases and others cases compare to case mentioned first.  Still, today I am not satisfy with case no 1 he has to compromise with his life and the rewards he has not claimed while I found the case 2 has not compromise the life while he is rewarded the best than the case 1.

Even I have also seen that the person who were doing the job in private company who has taken his son in his sister company and given a very good salary with perks while against the same cadre person was not gaining the same. The people are looting the organization, even though, they are good in life. I am in search of this clue that why this thing happened and where is the result?

I know that the God is ultimate judge and perfect. There is always justice. I am just observing the matter at my level and in my opinion. Let’s see how the future is.

Children Playing Online Game and high use of Internet

Dear Children,

The Internet is so useful device, there are many things on that which are so useful and so good to use the same. But, we are observing that the use of internet is not used properly. We are wasting time and money for that. We can consider that the social sites and social contacts are important but I don’t think that those are so important even than life movement. We are passing our time on social sites which is not leading us to any conclusion. The fight for life we have to appear no one is able to help you out. Its only mind set that we are getting help or someone is helping us. You are the only one and will be only one to perform your matter.

This is my humble request it is better to pass time with your self than to pass the time on social sites. The children are playing games. I am not opposing to play on net or to be part of social sites, I just convey the message that we should not get addict and must not waste our hard earned money and time rather  than to apply for some good things. The western inventions are definitely so good and helpful to human but the over access of any items lead us to darkness.  This is neither force nor advise, its just sharing the thought. If, someone will learn that my writing will be worth for the matter.

You might have question that what could we do in free time? I agree this is big question to resolve. But, I am sure if you try to find out the way you will definitely see the best way to use your time. Atleast, you will save your money. I try here to give some hints for the free time. Go to exercise in the garden or to the gym or to a big play ground near to your home. Plan to go for outing near  to your area. Arrange to visit in group to help needy people. There are many issue to the older person, try to help them. Try to be a good person. Help your brother, sister, parents or teachers in all their need. Just clear your street or society road. Draw something as you like.

Observe daily the early morning and evening time, there is beautiful colors in the sky. There are many books to read. There are many topics to discuss and write to concern for changes in life. We are facing many problems in daily life which are not aware by you as your parents are never make you know for that. Give volutiar services to hospitals, old age home, deaf school, schools etc. Try to be a good however you all are good. I always like to talk with children and to pass the time with children. You are always innocent and have very good force of energy. Read our history there are many example of children who  bravely fight and become famous is history.

Don’t compare your self with anybody, as, you are unique and only one in the world. You have all the possible capabilities and opportunities to perform.

Please try to reduce the expense on playing game on play station, use of internet, eating outside junk food, cloths, save water, save electricity etc.

A DAY IN FOREST

We are just paying the time for our own interest. We like to move and go to anywhere. Whenever we found little time we always find the way to go. Generally we are going on the places where someone is not present there or no one has visited that place. This is story of long back apporx 20 years back. The time was summer. That was too hot to move. We have decided at late evening to start in the early morning. We have not intimated at home so have not taken any food or water. We thought that we will manage in the way. Unfortunately on the way we come to know that there will be hardly any food will be available. As, we have decided to go to the part of forest where no one has still reached. For that we have to reach on the one peak which is very famous and we have one person who is very well aware of the place. We have started to walk in the early morning. Those days were not having the facility of mobile or any such instrument which we may have. We have started to walk on the little beautiful mountain which was too hot but look to good to walk. We were so happy to see the time. Now that was mid noon, some of have little food, there was not water bag. We have shared that food but for water we did not have any option. Now, the time come to ask that person who knows the way to reach at the top of mountain. But, the person has simply declared that he forgets the way and we are on some other way. Now, the real tragedy started. That was great afternoon. We have taken food, now we are very near to top of the mountain. Really that was very strange to understand for us that we were at the top but not at where we suppose to we were absolutely at opposite site than where we suppose to be. Now, there was no option other than to come back to place from where we have started. As the path was totally new and the entire mountain was filled up by the trees and there was not human were present in the way as we have selected the way too hard. Now, we have started to hear the voice of fox and bear. Basically we have decided to see the bear and we were in the prohibited area of bear. One of the team member have knife and that was also of two inch that was for cutting fruits not for the wild animals. We have decided not to run any condition if we found any wild creature else we will lose our life any of us. We decided and started to find the way. All have applied their own ideas. Basically, we were not used to find solution in such conditions. We started to come back to down but as we were in-between the little mountains no one know that where we were and how long and where we have to go. On the way we have seen a little stream. The water was so cold and so sweet. Near about the stream there was cave of bear, we have seen the present of those and the voices. We have decided that there is no way other than to walk continuously. Now that is evening approx 4.00 clock, after a hour there will be very difficult to find out the way due to hard forest and the sun will set early in the forest and as we were in the mountains.

Here is the good time for us now, unfortunately one of the person told that he know that the water always move from top to bottom and we all get happy to listen that because that was the only way to come out from the forest.  We found this is nothing but the God help to us to save our lives. Now, we decided to run near the water that was approx 2 hours walk and we are on our right way. We have seen on nest where one family was present. They have welcome us and given some food and water to drink. They asked us not to take such risk in the life in future. The forest is having some tribe which may caught us and may get murdered. However, now we were safe and so happy. The head of that family come to drop us as nearby town. We have taken vehicle and reach to our location. The next day we explain at our home the full tragedy and again we received some strong words for which we desired. We know that today we are present only because the God want us to live and our family wants to be with them. One thing to share with you please do not take such risk in the life which lead to us death. The life is so beautiful. However, the step was not taken in knowledge but still that was foolish step of the life. Our experience in forest was so hard and even today thrills us.

8. Fund management online.
9. Recharge our DTH and phones as well can pay our utilities bills online. There is no need to be stand in long queue.
