Be Sure

This is my observation, what I was thinking and what I am thinking now.

Be sure in decision of the life. See, the time is always change. We can not rule something for a long. When you find someone to be not suitable in your life just start to avoid the same from right now. Even if, there may many many reason to come in touch with him but just neglect and get through out that person from your life. If, you will not do so, the same will come to you in future and will harm to you. I have observed that the boss are not giving too much importance to their assistant. I realize that the give little importance you are loosing your position. I have seen that the person has started the job with salary of Rs 8000 and after 10 years reaches to the 9800. Why? Previously I was thinking that this is the wrong policy but I observed that this is the right policy. If, the person don't want to work in this salary just get out him and take fresh recruitment. 

There is no age of learning. There are always a day for a Dog. We have to beware for those Dogs. The Lion is always Lion for a life, but, the Dos has a Day only in whole life.

The Boss is Always Right.
