1) First go through the web site of that particular company where you are going to give interview.

2) Read the about us section of the website and learn that who are the directors and chairman of the company

3) Read the google review or other reviews on different website. You will find the pay structure of the same. At present there are many online companies which are providing the reviews.

4) If somebody is working there from your contact please ask him/her about the company atmosphere.

5) This is also depends on that how many round of interviews are there, if more than two round of interview than your chances are more to get selected but the same time it is hard also to judge that the working method of the company

6) If you are selected, first ask for the offer letter on their letterpad. This will help you to learn that you are on roll or on the some other roll.

7) Try to observe that what is the churning employee ratio of the company. In some company it is too high.

8) You must ask and know about your Visiting Card, Joining Kit, ID Card, PF Account, ESI Account, Insurance, Mediclaim, Transportation, Timing of the company in-out, sitting arrangements, KEY Responsibility of the job. To whom to report.
