There are many reason to have stress. The people are taking the stress for the unnecessary things. We are having fear for the matter which is not happened or which is not going to happened. The only thing is we think for the future much more than the persent.
There is always a way to get clear our doubt. We are the best on the earth. Our need not to worry about anything. We can plan and get success in all the fields. We have been blessed by the God. We came here to enjoy and to live life. Why do you have stress?
The stress is possible because you may have give stress to someone in the past. Try not to give stress any body. IF you are employer or you are a supervisor or you are a manager try to be gentle with your subordinate. Do not give pressure to those people who are working under you. If, still, you are doing so, ready for getting stress by other way in your life. You can teach the staff. You can communicate with the staff in good manner. Each and every living thing is good and god property. Do not disturb any one. Love to all. To come out from the stress.
Stress, the possible reason of the unnecessary thoughts. One hast to be positive and attentive to do something good in the life. Do not try to make cheat anybody. Do not hate anybody. There may be many science theory to have stress but simple theory is feel what you make feel other.
Try to read many religious book. You are having good stories of the great people. Try to get motivate your self from those people to come out from the stress. Listen bhajan of the great people. The life and the trouble in the life was much more than us in those people who has achieved their gold in the life. You can consider even recent people who are at the top level. If you see many film hero, many devotee, many politicians and many more name in the line to study their lives. Shri Ram Krishna Paramhans has did lot effort to get darshna of Mataji. The great heros did many sacrifice in their life.
There are many medicine to relief from the stress in ayurveda. You can consult a good doctor for the same. The early morning walking can release your stress. A good sleep can release the stress. Try to sleep early and get up early in the morning, which will help to down the stress. Do exercise daily. Try to eat simple food. Do not follow junk food. Try to earn in legal way. Do not cheat the people in the market. Try to help the people. Be humble with all the animals and if possible try to help the animals.
Stress is having no such condition which can define that you are having this kind of stress. The person can only reduce the same with his effort. You try to be with the people or with the group of people. Try to be with the good book every time.
