We have celebrated the yesterday. We do not know that why we have done such thing. By doing such thing who will get benefit. We have no idea as we are simple and honest person in the world. We do not know that how to perform. Few people are managing many people. They are making jock on us. As we do not know how to behave. Like a children we are given many gift to be follow the ships. We are not free in real meaning. We want some knowledge. USA is having a very good management system. They are economically very sound. We must have to learn the money management or economics from them. We are in lack of policy matter. We do not know how to manage the man power. We are just in the interest of the job creation.Let us apply some logic. The youth who has to live long for their country is no where in the matter. The persons who are not having to look by any way are involve in the important decision. 

The Indian Youth has to involve his self. But, there is one more things that many of the good people are leaving the country and getting settled in the foreign country. They are giving their knowledge to the foreign country. However, still there the people who are much more cleaver and honest are in India. There are lot students in the country who can change the life of the country. The need is to gather them and get out their fear from them.

The education still require to improve and get students free from the boring and hard education. Let us grow to gather in real meaning. We are not having the right path. We do not know that where will we go. We are cleaver in discussion. Just start the work. The coming generation has no value of our elders by looking the television show on daily base. We have made the road but still we do not know that how to maintain those roads, which leads to mismanagement.

We have no long term plan. We have fixed many people on many posts which are must changed and the chance to be given to new generation. The people below 40 should run the administration. Who can do the mistakes but have great ideas and some change in the life.
