Indian Education System is preparing the clerk which are required for the office routine work. They can not do any other job then clerical. They are not even physically or mentally fit.

Here is a trend, a person who become on top, never want to leave the place, so, it is require that either you prove your self greater than those people or just snatch from them. One famous personality has started to work with anybody and for anything without thinking what will be the effect of his action. It looks that he just want to earn the money as much as he can!!!! for whom? no one know.

There is must be age factor at all the field not only in job. The retirement is must at all level. The person could not be on position after such age.
