The language is the signature of the nation. Why we are not proud of our language? We must speak Hindi at all the level. Our all the transactions must be in Hindi.  Many of the leaders are always use the English instead of Hindi. Hindi must be the first language of the nation. The government correspondence must be processed in the language Hindi.

Many of the great celebrity in sports and in politics have been seen they are using their native language and some translator translating their speech in to English. While, we Indian always use English as we have no proud for our language Hindi. In many of the government communication there are two page printed one of them is in English and one of them in Hindi. This is the scenario in local communication. Why we all must not know the Hindi properly?

There must also be one language test in Hindi, the person who want to enter the India must know the Hindi.  This is strange to know that how long we will become so poor? And fool? Why there is no strategy in our country for the coming ten years. When you are going to one interview your boss will ask you for the strategy planning!!! How a poor gay who is in search of job can say you about the strategy planning? When the leader of the nation has no strategy!!!

There is always a play against the people by just getting high the prize of the crude and after some day or some hours they again get reduced. Is it really on the international market? No, we don’t know the matter clearly. We don’t have time to think for that.

There is still one question and that must be entered in our text book that when could our rupees value be so high as American dollar and the great Britain pound? We must have to prepare our generation to find this solution and make the value of the rupee on the top height.

We are just doing the fast and want to get resolved the issue. This is not possible, when you want to get something you have to take charge and fix some action plan for that. We the people of India so brave and cleaver only the thing we are so polite and feel good for all. We never have an idea in mind to give problem to anyone.

There are many players in the country who can won the gold medal for the country? But, we don’t want to send them. Our authority has no time to thing or to select such people for the country. They just simply sending the people who are used to available. We do not have any policy. The authority must have the policy to get the gold medal in the coming Olympic games. We are very good in making scams. We don’t have even time to discuss the matter. The matter is discussed by those who do not have any idea for the game or the related field.  There are the shows running on the television which are called reality where all the people are doing copying of the olden people. The boys and girls are spoiled there career just by copying their past. They don’t allow to become indipendant star. They are just spoiling their carrer. They must initiate to generate something new. No, our old generation don’t want to make the youth great, we only want to remember our past don’t want to create new future.

We respect our past, but it is necessary that the your must have some new creation. The some of the old people are never trying to get new talent up as they have fear that they might have to sit behind the play. This is difficult to write but this is fact.

Such a big country India is hard to handle with all the related issues. The India, is respectable and leader in new thoughts. We are not having such leadership which can put us on the top of the world. However, we are still working hard and want to see the nation on the top of the world. 

India has excellent source to grow up. The very good man power for the growth. We are trying to do such hard work. We are happy when one of the top most and most famous hero called to run with mashal in the Olympic but we are not serious to win the medals in the Olympic. We are having proud on this incident but never think that lets our country win. We believe in the person not in the nation. The nations is great not the person.

Olympic is very important for all the countries. They have worked hard to earn the medals.

We have seen that many of the organisation are making the budget for their organisation but they never strict to follow that budget. There are many causes for this.

Still we do not have one common identity proof available in India. We must have many of the proof to produce and there is no major to verify that. All are having different identity and the code for those identity is not matching with each other. We must have one common code to all individual. The common code used for all the cash and other transactions.

I have been seen since last forty years the only selected people are working on the top in all the field. We have great population but we are not able to use those population in favour of the nation expansion. We are having very good knowledge and power to use, but as out literacy ratio is very poor we could not perform well in this world. 

We have been to developing country since long, there is no fix time that how long we will come in the developing country. When will we get the label of developed country? Not possible! why? as we are not disciplined.!

We are not having the question like?

• why we are not able to save our river from the gutter water?
• why should we are not able to earn maximum gold medals from the Olympics?

We should have to work for our self. Do not think that anybody will come to you and will help you. When you feel that you are alone, there is always GOD with you. Never feel your self alone. Just pray for the help. The GOD will surely help. The people in the real life always waiting for your tern. They are eager to know when you do any mistake and they start to criticise you. Prior to speak something for others just watch your self. We all are not full proof. We are human and we may make mistakes.

Many of the people are working silently for their goals and some are of them are only speaks loudly just to prove their vote right.

There are many irregularity in the world. You can not change the world. You have to change your self. I have written over here one article that do not make your self extra honest yes you must be honest. 

The fresher must have many thing to learn in the life. I believe the reading habit make you perfect and accurate in life. Still, the books are real friend today. 

As, it is observed that the one chief minister has to fight and frequently have to say that he is right or correct while all the people of the state know that he is the hero of the nation. This is the thing where truth has to some time fight for its present.

The life of fresher is to hard and to small if they become just lazy and fool in the office. There are some of the seniors who always wants not to come up the new generation. They have some bad feeling for others.

When in your organisation, some one is doing more than one job and that is with the concern with the management, you just start that or any other second job or else left that organisation with immediate effect as that is sure that organisation is going down and you all will put you down by either the way. The part time job on the job location is harmless. Many of the organisation are having the same issue and that is used to by many of the higher post to lower post.

Believe in the best.

It is observed the person who is doing well in the real life many of us are trying to let him down without any matter. We are not able to see him on the top position.

Capturing good qualities from others is very difficult task. We are always a fast follower for not to do items. The people are just forgetting their past in few seconds. I have seen one recruiter manager, whose parents was so poor and they have made him capable to be a manager. Instead of helping other he has shouted to everybody with the power of his job. Now, you can understand that how people are generally forget their real post.

Even you can see on serial on star plus that one doctor just forget his wife after getting good education and now he has not wife and child and any social status. What, I mean to write never forget your family. The family is only the last source to your life.

The poor people, who have no money and source of income, just show little mercy on them if you are on good position. Never thought that you are the person to feed them. You are not GOD. There are many many wonders on the earth where you are not going to resolve the matter.

To love someone is good habit. However, still many of us are always in task of cheating.

What is happened when you forgot your duties?  Remember, the life is too short to live. Start to do help of any of the person for whom you can do whatever. Never shout on anyone. The people are generally not doing mistake knowingly. There is always the different level of knowledge in us all. We all have different society. We all are from different background. There is some source of power that is called as GOD. Never, try to be believed like a GOD. Always be polite and do your service best. You never know which will be your last date or time. We are not sure for the next moment.

Love to all. Let help to live all. Think for all. Be positive for all. Be one of the honest men. Never too smart on getting a good position. The last motto of the life is mercy. Mercy to all.

Many of the people do not know how to spend their money. Especially when we are talking for the people who are in other than their native country, they are just spending the money blindly and investing those money in unnecessary investment.

In last few years that has been observed that the people are spending their money on real estate. Why? The habit of investing those extra money in real estate, make difficult to live their own native middle class people. and ultimate those invested people will also not get the good return in coming years. You can not purchase the thing at the prise of at extreme logical level. Now, the prises are getting stable and no one is ready to sell as well  many of us are not ready to buy. See the market in coming years.

If, you have good money, that is good. But think twice and get spare time to invest those money. Just do not do as your neighbour or relative has done. Just buy the Flat or some big estate when that is not require. There are many other options to buy and invest the money.

The life is full of uncertainty. Make habit of saving from your child hood. The parents are requested to start saving for their children. Where to save the money that is individual choice.

There are many places to see in the world but the temple from the south are so beautiful and fantastic to understand. Those are so big and spread in a huge area. I love the temple of south.

The road transportation becomes so easy and fast. It is easy to move from one place to another by road. That is different thing that we are facing much accident on daily basis. We have to create awareness for the road safety by the entire mean. Especially the youth must be taught on priority.

Save the electricity. The way you have to find out. As per your requirement you have to use the light. The same way save the water.

There are many people in the world who are earning for other. Other means for those who are not related to them by any angle. I do not know why the people are giving such hard earned money to those people who are not familiar to them belief. Some people are spending their money on unnecessary requirements. Some people are spending their money for joint venture with some company for which they do not know anything. They are not aware of the business. Prior to invest your money just checks the figure of the growth of that company and of that business for which you are going to invest. The people are blindly investing the money. This is always surprise to me. Why such simple thing is not understood by those people who have money? OK. That is individual matter to invest the money. Let us discuss for those investor who are saving their money in small parts in different scheme. I repeat, if you don’t know how to invest money, just wait and be with you your money rather than to invest on that place where you will never be able to get return and in principal.

The saving is good habit.

Do not get motivate by you and start hard work. Just do you work by the way what it could be! Some of the fresh people started to work hard to show their boss! But they forget that ultimate they are going nothing to gain. Shape your career positively rather than to show someone that you are the best to the company and your boss. Ultimate, the person who is working too hard and too late, he is never gaining much more money than other who is working with him.

I can prove that by giving this example. I have observed, that person who has started to work hard, he just forget his family, his children and social life at all. He started the work hard. Now, the situation is that, the company cannot run without him. However, he is paid the same amount what the other person is getting paid at the same category. It is possible that he might get little higher salary which is not affect over all in whole life. Against that hard work he has lost the peace of his mind and life. Now the same person who is working with him, he is just leaving the office on time and getting the same salary. He is enjoying the life and social life a lot. The only matter he is not consider an important person, however he is never get dismissed from the office.

Now, think, which kind of person do you like to become???? A hard worker and lovable to your company? Or a person who is doing only the assigned work only and just leave for the home on time!!!!

The fresher must have to read how to do the job. The word motivation has much option to understand. The difference is how you are taking that.

I mean not that you don’t work hard; I mean you work hard by intelligently and honestly. Don’t be stupid and fool by doing hard work. Be practical and clever to do the job.

I believe the super power is performing very well on the other world of the third generation. But, the same way third generation nation are not able to perform on coming forth generation nation. They don't have any policy to see the future. They are never come out from their policy. Still the third generation nation are not able to decide for their leader. They are still fighting. The people are not given full details for what is going on in the nation.

There is no water supply or gas supply facility in the nation. After 60 year we are not able to decide how to use water and gas. Still we have to advertise to save the some. We never try to understand and to follow the rule.

We observed that there is no common policy in the nation. If, we do not have confirmation on one subject we never reach to the goal. We are divided purely and we want the same.

The advertise which I have seen on television is purely in favour of BJP. BJP is in good condition and its rival are making advertise for them. I don't know the mind behind these.

There is no specific guideline for many matter. We are never stick for the one thing. We just change our status as and when we want.

Try to compromise what we have rather than to find what we don't have.

The people are wasting the water a lot. We don't know how to use the same. Still we are too poor in policy matter and same you can see in daily routine everywhere

Accident

The life is uncertain. There is no prediction for the life. Daily there are many of having accident on the road and some other places which are not predictable. The accident may be of any type. The accident may happened at any place and with anybody.

The boy and girl having an accident, two vehicle having an accident, student and teacher having accident, father and son having accident... There are many accident and having different type accident.

We have to be calm try to avoid the accident. Many of the accident in the life are possible to resolve on the spot or get less effect by doing some extra effort. Try to fight with all the time with all the circumstances. Just see, what is going on in life. Everything is fix in the life. We can not change many of the thing in the life either we do the hard work or not!

We are not prepared for the coming accident movement. We know the accident could be happened any time but we are not well prepare for the same.
