The desk stationary which we are using is so important for us. However, we are not taking care for that but many things are there which are very useful to day to day life. We are using the paper, stapler, paper weight, desk calendar, battery charger, laptop, pen, pencil, scale, files, water bottle, marker, white board, notice board, calculator, extension, and LAN wire, mobile.

The use of most of all the items we are using our child hood. We use these items in different way. Previously those items were used in different manner and now it is in different manner. We are using calculator still today however we have laptop and mobile. The calculator is most important and handy items to use even today. The mobile is used to communicate. There is no need to use the landline phone now. All have the mobiles. Even blackberry is the best solution for the fast communication. There are many social sites to communicate each other which reduce the letter cost and writing type and posting time now. You have to just type the matter the same will be display to other side on the same movement. There is the software through which you can share the data online and work on your data online rather to arranging any meeting with the person who is in other city. The online updating is possible. The data becomes more accurate. This everything possible if you have good knowledge of technology.  Still many of the people are not using the technology. The same lead us to double work. We are also working manually as well on machine.  The office could be taken online but there is still interest of manual transaction. Our government offices are not fully computerized and updated with the latest technology. Still there is need to visit the offices and complete your transaction. If your data is online with the offices your need not to visit the place and complete the transaction. There is still our transactions are not secure. We are not using the digital signature to complete the transaction. The dispute is not cleared and short of time period. There is still no faith on technology. We are using the technology manually not in the form of electronically. Suppose in last year when you were booking the railway ticket you must have to carry that ticket with you with the ID proof.  Just before few months back government decided not to take print of those online tickets with you.

The Microsoft office is very useful in day to day transaction. There is much software to become online. There is the facility to complete the transaction on daily base. No need to spend your time on the end of the year.

Office desk can also get decorative with the award and honor certificate of the employee. There must be the banner to motivate the employee. The offices desk also is decorated with the some company logo and achievement model of company. The desk must be neat and clean. There must be no pending files of daily routine. The drawer must be empty means not loaded with unnecessary and pending work files. The efficient work saves the electricity and consumable of the company. The same is possible with the help of technology.
