How to come out from habit


There are many habits in our life. Some of them are not considered by us at all. This is consider as part of life however this are something else than that.  Suppose we are using some speech in our communication but we are not aware that the same is irritating someone. That is also a kind of habit only. How to get relief from that habit?  The habit may be any kind. First of all you have to change your circle or the surrounding area with your. Tour friend circle or such person who are habitual with those things from which you want to get relief.
Habits leads a man either up or down, its depends on the kind of habits. Someone has habit to become angry without any reason which is take him to become the patient of high blood pressure and someone has habit to drink the cold drink without limit which affect his body in longer stage. This is also observed that all the habits have different output to different people.
How to come out from the habit which you want to come out:
·         Think for the person to whom you love the most. Whenever the habit calls you just think for that lovable person and try to leave that habit. Initially that will not be possible but by making many tries you will come on the track.
·       Always think for the world, see the photo and movies and move around your area, you will realize that there are many things in the world to see in the life. One cannot complete the whole task in one life to see the world. We are nothing with present but we have many things with life.
·     Always be remember that what is the output of the habit which you have and remember the example those who are facing the issue of that habit.
·         Just do the exercise whenever you receive the thought of that habit.
·         Try to pass the time maximum that are taking your care and obey the order of them.
·         Think for others and believe in God.
·         Read the books of idols.
·         Try to be simple in your life. Think for others and do something for others.
·         Make practice to write the change in your life.
·         Just decide your role model and follow him/her
·         Don’t get disturb on any mistake but be strict for the routine of mistake.
·         You are the only one who can save your own life. You are the master for yourself. Believe in the best.
