Bridge in the city - Underground or over bridge for the school/college

The area where the children communication is more, that may be school, college or anything. I request the authority to provide them more facility by giving possible services. They are our next generation and future of the world. The India will lead the world. School and colleges have to pay more attention for their transportation.
